SMS Terms.

By checking the SMS consent box on your SurelyWork profile (or any equivalent on-platform opt-in flow), you authorize SurelyWork to send SMS messages to the mobile phone number on file. Consent is voluntary, not required to use SurelyWork, and can be revoked at any time.

You will receive transactional and relationship-based messages related to your account, including:

• New project briefs matching your roles or skills
• Curator outreach when you’re hand-picked for a brief
• Shortlist confirmations and status updates
• Time-sensitive application deadlines

We do not send promotional or marketing SMS.

Message volume varies based on your activity and the number of briefs that match your profile. Typically 1–3 messages per month. Some active periods may see more.

Message and data rates may apply. You are solely responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. Check with your carrier about plan-specific pricing.

Reply HELP to any SurelyWork SMS to receive contact information. You can also email hello@surelywork.com at any time.

Reply STOP to any SurelyWork SMS to opt out of all further SMS messages from us. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent. You can also uncheck the SMS consent box in your profile at any time, which has the same effect.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS-opt-in is used solely to operate the SurelyWork platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

SurelyWork is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier conditions outside our control.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform; continued participation in SMS messaging after such updates constitutes acceptance.
