Surely + Work is a curator-led creative studio. Brands, labels, and artists come to us with a brief; we come back with a handpicked shortlist from a database of vetted creatives. No open marketplace, no algorithmic matching, no noise. A person reads every brief, and a person stands behind every name we send.
We started as a booking operation for music and fashion work in New York and Los Angeles, and grew into the hiring infrastructure behind campaigns, films, and rollouts across nine creative disciplines. The model stayed the same as it scaled: know the work, know the person, make the right introduction, stay on it through delivery.

Every shortlist is built by a person who has looked at the work. No ranking systems, no engagement scores, no pay-to-surface. If a name reaches you, someone here is willing to vouch for it.
