Anyone can post a job. Why upgrade?

Posting to the public jobs board is free and account-free. The fee model only kicks in if you want curator help filling the role — which is the whole point of a brief. Without that, you're using us as a jobs board, not a curation studio.

Can a creative sign up and appear in the talent database immediately?

No. Anyone can create a creative account and apply to jobs, but inclusion in the curated talent database is a separate step that requires curator review. We add a handful of new names a week and never run open calls.

How is enterprise different from a normal client account?

Enterprise plans bundle features that don't make sense for one-off projects: privatized talent pools, multi-seat team logins, live spend tracking, group blast invites, and a dedicated curator. Pricing is a custom contract — reach out for a demo.

Do you take a cut of the contractor's pay?

Our facilitation fee is split between client and contractor (default 50/50, configurable per contract). Fees are disclosed up front before any work is accepted.
