About the role
- Develop and execute the artist's social media strategy across all platforms, aligning content with release cycles, touring, and long-term brand growth. -Own the content calendar by planning, scheduling, and publishing consistent, high-quality content with a platform-specific approach. - Produce and edit short-form content including performance clips, behind-the-scenes moments, studio sessions, lifestyle content, and trend-driven videos. -Lead creative direction by developing content concepts, shot lists, mood boards, visual identity, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. -Manage social channels and community engagement, including posting, caption writing, fan interaction, comment moderation, and community growth initiatives. -Plan and execute release and tour campaigns, creating content rollouts that drive awareness, streaming, ticket sales, and fan engagement. -Identify and leverage trends by monitoring platform updates, emerging formats, creators, and cultural moments to keep content fresh and relevant. -Analyze performance and optimize strategy through regular reporting, KPI tracking, audience insights, and data-driven recommendations. -Build and maintain a centralized content library, organizing photo, video, and graphic assets for efficient content creation and future campaigns. -Collaborate cross-functionally with management, creative partners, publicists, labels, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and successful campaign execution.
